General Product Description
Virsbolt 160 and 160+ are mostly used for tunneling and construction, but could also be used in the mines. The tube thickness is 0.079". The bolts are delivered in bundles of 50 bolts per bundle. The bolts have a loading capacity of 35.97 kipf.
Virsbolt 160+ is made of special steel and has undergone a precise annealing process to improve its elongation characteristics while maintaining its load-bearing capacity. This allows it to better follow rock deformation by squeezing ground or high-strain concentration areas. The products are available within the 94.488" - 236.220" range.
